Serving in the military is imbued with the honor of soldiers putting their life at risk for the benefit of the citizenry they protect. But we know that this service comes with professional, personal, and familial challenges and pressures. Professional challenges with training, with serving over seas and adapting to foreign cultures, with transitioning on and off duty and many others. Personal and familial challenges include a soldier’s PTSD, a family’s anxiety about their parent or spouse being in harm’s way, and the parenting and marital pressures that can result from both. We are here to help with very practical and proven methods for reducing the stress, anger, anxiety and depression associated with these challenges and increasing well-being and positive relationships.
